Application
Before starting the application, "warm up" the pencil by running it over your hand. With a well-sharpened pencil, start with the center of the lips. Then, starting at the commissures, work back toward the center. Repeat top and bottom to round out the lip. Shade the lips to blend the contour and ensure lasting lipstick hold. Smooth with the brush.
