Application
Apply Phyto-Khol Perfect to the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible, to accentuate the shape of the eye, or blend it into the eyelid using the sponge-tip. For added intensity, apply Phyto-Khol Perfect to the inner corner of the eyes.
