We’re making time to VOTE! We want to make sure we can each play our part in exercising our right to vote and making our voices heard.
We’ve joined the Time To Vote movement to ensure our employees don’t have to choose between earning a paycheck and voting. We’re giving all team members paid time off this election season to ensure they have time to cast their ballot.
In addition, we’ll give the day off with pay to any employee who volunteers as a poll worker this election season. The U.S. is facing a massive shortage of poll workers for the November election—according to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, 58% of poll workers in the 2018 general election were over 60, an age that is linked to a higher risk for complications with COVID-19.
