An easy eye-color-enhancing pencil that smudges and sets.

Charlotte Tilbury's eyeshadow pencil is designed to enhance eyes by complementing specific eye colors. It is a hybrid product that can be used as a shadow or liner. The smooth, easy-glide formula is infused with synthetic sapphire, whose mineral, soft-focus effects transform and enhance eye color for a range of looks that can be dialed up or down depending on the occasion. The formula lasts for up to 10 hours and is waterproof, so when applying be sure to blend quickly!

How to use: Make sure the pencil is sharp for precision application. To use as a liner, run the pencil along your lash line and let set.

To use as an eyeshadow follow the eye line, then sweep the pencil up and across the lid. Use your finger to blend shadow across the lid and socket.

For both applications, the formula will set after 30 seconds, so blend quickly. Finish your look with Legendary Lashes v2 mascara (sold separately) for a beautiful Hollywood flutter or Full-Fat Lashes (sold separately) for a doe-eyed look.
